At St. Agnes Cathedral School we believe that Jesus Christ is the reason for St. Agnes Cathedral School. He is the unseen but ever-present teacher in our classes. He is the model for our faculty and the inspiration of our students. We believe that all children are created in the likeness and image of God and that each individual comes to us with a variety of abilities, talents and interests.
Children are nurtured, well-educated and know that God loves them. Each child is a person of worth encouraged to develop an attitude of acceptance of others, whether working alone or in a group.
Our school fosters a safe, respectful learning environment where our teachers reinforce the spiritual, physical, social, and emotional growth of our children.
Our teachers develop faith in our students as they teach reading, math, science and social studies. As they learn about the wonders of the world, they learn about the Creator who made it and our responsibility to take care of it.
