Students in 6th grade will be engaged in the geographic study of world regions as they examine major civilization development. The 6th grade curriculum is designed to allow students to observe societies dissimilar to their own in such a way as to broaden their understanding of people and places in an increasingly interdependent world. Students examine areas of the world having the longest record of human habitation and the richest diversity of human experience.
Our School Theme:
Pray Beautifully, Live Beautifully
Praise the Lord! For it is
good to sing praises to our God. For it is
pleasant and praise is beautiful.
Heavenly Father, I thank you
that all good gifts come from you.
I thank you that I can trust you for my future.
Please guide me in every step I will take.
I pray your protection to be upon me.
Make steady steps.
This I pray in Jesus' name,
Amen.
Please remember to check GOOGLE CLASSROOM for up-to-date information.
Students will explore the Old Testament and participate in weekly Gospel reflections.
We will focus on Jesus in the Eucharist, Mother Mary, and the Saints. The students will strengthen their prayer life, learn to listen to God through His word and grow closer to the sacraments of the church.
