Here is what we are working on this February
Social Studies
Our young historians are learning how geography, culture, and economics impacted the lives of the new settlers among the 13 original United States Colonies!
Reading
Scholars are working on our close reading of informational texts and recognizing the element of theme within a story!
Health
Students are beginning a new unit to understand unhealthy habits and learn how to make healthy lifestyle choices.
As always, we are constantly building our relationship with Christ and encouraging the children to have a "Growth Mindset" in all that they do!!
Many Blessings,
Miss Spadafora :)
Assignments will be posted on Google Classroom each day. Please make sure your child is completing all assignments and assessments on time.
Keep checking Google Classroom!
Google Meet will be used for virtual learning. Our online learners will follow a virtual schedule and log in to each class using the meet code provided!
If a student is absent from school they may follow along using Google Meet from home as an observer for the day as to not fall behind on daily classwork!

St Albert the Great
Feast Day: Nov 15
Doctor of the Church
Patron Saint of Medical Technicians, Scientists and Philosophers!
God, You made St. Albert great by enabling him to combine human wisdom and Divine Faith. Help us so to adhere to his teaching that we may progress in the sciences and at the same time come to a deeper understanding and love of you.
Amen
St. Agnes
Our Patron Saint
Feast Day: January 21
Patron saint of young girls, chastity and purity
You, Agnes, followed Christ, even to death. Teach us to love Him as you loved Him; to witness to Him as you did, with courage; to put love for Him before our own lives; to renounce the idols presented to us by society; to risk everything in response to His fidelity.
Amen
