*Communion is this Saturday May 7th @ 12pm! Please meet us in the Parish Center at exactly 11:45am to line up.
-We will be practicing during the school day & there is 1 after-school practice that you must attend on Thursday 5/5 @ 3pm in the Cathedral. One parent MUST be present.
-Be sure your child is familiar with the required responses for Liturgy of the Eucharist.  They will be drilled: Sacrament Preparation

*Weekly Spelling/Vocabulary words, along with study material for upcoming tests will be posted on Google Classroom
*Please make sure your child has 2 reading level appropriate books with them in the classroom at all times for DEAR time.

LA -  verbs (irregular, helping, linking); cursive 
Reading - fact & opinion; content-area words; text organization; point-of-view
Religion - Communion; weekly Mass & Gospels

4 = 17-18 correct (thorough & consistent)
3 = 13-16 correct (grade level)
2 = 9-12 correct (partial understanding)
1 = 1-8 correct (minimal understanding)

READING TEST RUBRIC
4 = 10 correct (thorough & consistent)
3 = 7-9 correct (grade level)
2 = 4-6 correct (partial understanding)
1 = 1-3 correct (minimal understanding)
